I have a notebook I use as a workout log and I've been tracking my challenge progress in the back. I think writing it down is the simplest way to track your challenges. Especially if you're like me and have several challenges on the go at one time.

I use Cozi calendar online for the long challenges - I indicate what day I start the challenge and the anticipated day for the end. Beause like Brennnan I have multiple going at one time! If I miss a day, I can delete it and start over the next day and update the final day without a messy looking calendar or notebook!

I post mine on Facebook and/or TribeSports.  This way I can track the indoor workouts and the outdoor workouts (SportyPal) in the same place :-).
