Absolutely! It still counts. At home you get to choose what's on the TV too, instead of being stuck on Sky News and a bad music channel.

Turbo trainer
Can I do my Virtual LEJOG on a turbo trainer at home? They won't let me into the gym without me doing an induction. And they would charge me money too ;-)
