Hi Cags. They come in five weights, 1-5kg for all different level's of fitness. All prices can be found here:

Hi Joanna, saw the article in the Sun today and was wondering if it would work for me - had a c sec about 14 years ago and the stomach muscles got split would love a flat tum.  I am failry fit which weight should i get ? thanks Laura
