Yes because if you are healthier you will enjoy life. For me I started running two years ago. I am still sporadic and slow but my whole family runs and my daughters are upper teens and someday they will have children I hope and I want to be able to somewhat keep up with them to be active and have fun and not lay around and read all the time. I feel better when I run and I hope to do a half marathon within the next two years.
