Everything you ever wanted to know about getting a real six pack.

Here is a no nonsense guide to what it takes to develop a defined six pack in the 'real world'.

I used to have quite the belly, but i started running and doing legraises and sit ups and that helped me, and now i have a sixpack... I fully agree with this guide.

Yep, as the article says... it'll take the ladies a lot more work to get that six pack than the men... but it is not impossible... it'll just take more work.

Hope all is good with you my dear x

Great article Robert. I like your well balanced approach. and your resonal summary at the end. We live in a crazy country where the media hyped body ideal is becoming more and more extreme whilst at the other end of the spectrum we have a real odesity epidemic. Good balanced views are rare. Well done for sharing a well reasoned perspective I will point people towards this when they ask 'How do I get great abs in time for...'.

Still? Have you tried sports massage? My therapist is awesome, you could try her, though you might have to come to Swindon...I really thought that injury would be done and dusted by now, sorry to hear is still playing up. Hope you get it sorted, I can only imagine how frustrating that is xx
