Hi, I'm new to Tribesports too =)  I love cooking, and try to cook from scratch every day.  I have a teen aged son and a partner who trains and cycles a good deal.  I have to try to balance everyones needs, and that seems to be the best way!

Hi everyone.  I love cooking, and sometimes I need inspiration.  About half the time I end up just throwing things together and when they taste really good, I wish I'd written down what I've done :-)  Anyone with good ideas or flavor combinations is welcome to throw out comments.  I will try anthing once!

Truth be told, I'm a terrible cook, but I'd like to learn some health food recipes, and in the process, also improve my cooking skills.  On top of that, it'd be great to use this chance to expand my knowledge in healthy eating and diets... looking forward to getting to know y'all! :)

Hi, I'm new to tribe sports and figured this would be a great tribe to join seeing as i love food.  My biggest weakness is carbs, so I'll be looking out for some really tasty low carb recipes.

Hi! I'm trying to lose some weight and get healthy, but tend to end up eating the same old thing going off track and getting run down, especially when I'm training a lot and forget to pack lunch! So some healthy ideas will be really welcome.

Hi Helen, I have been gluten/wheat intolerant for 17 years and found this High Protein Oatmeal pancake recipe that i love! They are great to wrap up and take anywhere for a great quick meal!

3/4 cup wheat free oatmeal (I get it from the superstore)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

4 egg whites

1/2 diced apple or fruit of choice

So true, Stacie! There are a zillion recipes in my head but very few filed on my computer for easy exchange. I'll post my peanut butter (sorry for those allergic to this dreaded but delicious nut) energy ball formula when I remember to write it down!!

Hi everyone!  I'm new to this tribe and just started becoming active on TS.  I love to cook and am always looking for something new to make.  Although I cook and eat very healthy, my cholestoral is through the roof much to my dismay.  My goal this year is to shed 20lbs, get fit, and get the cholestoral level down.  Looking forward to your inspiration!

Hi I'm new to this website and this tribe!

Here's one of my favorites as a healthier choice than candy!

Crazy Easy Healthy Fudge  1 pound organic almond butter 1 cup raw cacao powder organic agave nectar or honey to taste  1/2 c dried cranberries (optional)  1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts Mix the first three ingredients together with your hands, like making mudpies, until completely blended. Add in the cranberries and walnuts and continue mixing until well distributed. Pat into a non-stick sprayed dish.  Let set for about 30 minutes before cutting into the desired size.

I am a rookie to Tribesports, and am learning the lay of the land. I recently found out that I have high cholesterol. I've always been a fairly healthy eater, and am of a healthy weight - so I was shocked. I do not want to be on medication, and am trying to take matters into my own hands.

I am hoping to find new ideas for eating that suit my needs for my new nutrion plan.

I love cooking from scratch and chucking together what I have to hand in the kitchen.

My favourites are all things with some spice and love thai food.
