After struggling through some tough personal times I am back on the fitness and healthy living bandwagon.  I am under 200lbs for the first time in 10 years and I am scratching and clawing to loose that last 10-15. *Fingers Crossed*

please tell me what is the best diet to reduce that extra pounds...... how much calories one has to  intake ...?

I started at 190 and I'm down to 155.  My aim is to reach 140, which is a "normal" BMI for my height.  I've never been so thin.  But I'm really having trouble getting passed the 155 mark into that last 15 pounds!  I work out most mornings, but the extra burned calories make me so much hungrier that I end up eating more than I'd planned.  Any suggestions for hunger-busters?

Hi every body. I am struggling with my last 6 pounds for about more than one year. I lost them and gain them back. Is like a game, but not funny at all. I know that my healthy life is not that healthy. I love chocolate, pasta, pizza and hate vegetables. I tried to mixed them in smoothies, but It did not work. I am doing excercise 7/7, mostly yoga. I want to push myself a little further, but right now I have a sever problem with my back and stiffness muscles. I hope any of you can suggest me something :-D
