1 banana, 1 date, 2 c. cold water (or 1 1/2 c. water and 1 c. ice), 1 c. pomegranate seeds (approx. the amount from 1 pomegranate), 1 T. ground flaxseed, 1 T. hemp protein, 1 T. hemp oil (I used coconut oil as I haven't found hemp oil in my area yet), 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
This one is not for those who do not like a bit of heat. It packs a punch.
Blend until smooth. Makes about 3 1/2 c. or 2 large servings. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
