Guys! Was thinking of doing our first run this Wednesday at say ECP? Anyone game for a cool evening run - 7pm from Big Splash?
Yes I will be there....i hope the rest too...dont be intimidated tho...it will be at an easy pace..for those with shorter legs like me can go slooooooowwww...let the longer leggy ones go on a longer stride..can??

We ended up doing yoga instead hah!
Not bad. It is still fitness. If you ended up just eating, that will be thumbs down :-)

i took photos..will update when I can..yes we both ended doing yoga ,and we also got a sshhhhh in between asanas :)))...survived on a banana pre yoga..
