What's your blog?

I'll start this off. My blog is called Eoin's Journey and it's about the ups and downs of my running (and some cycling and cross training).

I also have a podcast, available at the sam page, or in iTunes, search for "Irish Runner".

How about you?

Hi folks....I love reading blogs, hearing stories and following folk’s progress.  Seen a lot great stories on hear and even met some great people as a result.  I blog myself.  It started as part of my marathon des sables experience.  was used as a way for me to keep track of my training, progress and to show all the generous folk who have helped me raise cash for the British Heart Foundation that I was trying my best to do them proud.  I now continue to write it....i find it helps motivate me to do better.  Anyone interested, please see:

Not a blog to be taken too seriously, but simply what adventures I find myself on, what I plan to do and some cool pictures and videos along the way.

My blog started out as a place to get my thoughts on weight loss down and any other random stuff.  Now, it's mostly about weight loss (or lack thereof) and training - running/cycling/fencing/etc.
