Really nice video indeed...without wanting to be the odd one here again though, I would say after a long run or a hard run I would not go to that extent of stretching my muscles as muscles are tender straight after and you will tear them if you overstretch. This routine would be better on its own. After hard activity, stretches should be gentle.
Thanks for posting this am incorporating it into my stretching routine - which is seperate from my running time. I do a few light stretches after running, but have added a seperate yoga and stretching time in the later part of the day.
