Graham H i know nothing about ballet stretches, i have seen a few, and familiar with the strength and agility, just joining to see what i can pick up - will most likely just sit back and read the discussions & q&a before i try a piruete or plié

Jun Yi L Just a simple tip that I found somewhere in the past: Weights build bulk. The way to build strength without bulk is to use your own weight against yourself, for example, push ups or sit ups.
