Double hitter today Session 1 70 mins - Technique work on "Clusters" or Squat Clean Thrusters and I pb'd :-) WOD was the Bear Complex for time (Squat Clean Thruster then Back Squat Thruster = 1 ) x 30. Struggled with back squat thruster section, which slowed me down, but completed in 10.27.
Session 2 - 60 min gymnastic session. Started with 3x 10 Wall Walks and Box Jumps, then moved onto practicing handstands with parallettes (only managed with help). Next was L Sit Muscle Up's!!! I've cracked the false grip and can control the rings lowering myself down but my strength is just not there to pull up....but a good start I think. Last was L Sits on the Parallettes, holding for time. Only managed a few seconds but given me a starting mark to work on.

Saturday 60 Min Crossfit Mobilisation session. Really freed up my shoulders and hip flexors. It really highlighted that I don't spend enough time stretching and warming up before a WOD.
Today 75 Min Session - Technique work front front rack, Split Jerks - New Pb :-) WOD - 10 min AMRAP 4 x Split Jerks (2 x alternating legs), 12 x Bar Jump Air Squats. Managed 7 complete rounds + 1 rep SJ

WOD time again. Technique work was Snatch Grip Deadlifts, working up heavy to 5x3 sets. PB'd :-) the WOD was, For Time, 3 rounds of 35 x Wallballs, 10 x Power Cleans, 15 Pull Ups (assisted). My Wallball technique is finally clicking in place and completed the 3 rounds in 9.17 :-)

Bank Holiday WOD today - a 3 parter. Part 1) 21-15-9 Pull Ups and Box Jumps (Pull Ups were band assisted and due a timer glitch, had to start WOD again after completing the 1st 21 Pull Ups so 66 Pull Ups in total). Completed in 7.36. Part 2) 21-15-9 Thrusters interspaced with 3 x 30 Double Unders (or 60 singles). Completed in 9.01 Part 3) 500m Row Completed in 2.30. Ooosh!!! :-)

Double WOD day today. WOD 1: Power Cleans. 5 Reps On The Minute, Every Minute for 12 Minutes. WOD 2: 8 Min AMRAP - 8 x Push Press, 8 x Power Cleans, 8 x Pull Ups then at the end of the 8 minutes a check out of 30 Squat Box Jumps. Not incl. the box jumps managed 3 complete rounds and 11 reps into the 4th.
Victoria C WOD Time again and today was a particularly nasty one. Technique work of front squats today and although I could only match my pb, I had a massive jump forward in improved technique. WOD was a 12 min AMRAP 50 Thrusters buy-in then rounds of 3 x Deadlift, 6 x Hang Cleans 9 x Push Press. I completed 4 rounds + 6 reps

WOD posting time again :-) Today we did an adapted Hero WOD "The Seven". With a 40 min time cap we had to try to complete 7 rounds of 7x Deadlifts, 7 x Wall Balls, 7 x Pull Ups, 7 x Thrusters, 7 x Knees to Elbows, 7 x Kettlebell High Swings, 7 x Box Jumps. I managed 5 complete rounds and 22 reps into round 6. Total Reps:267 Good but hard workout :-)

80 min crossfit session today. Mobilise session 21-15-9 NOT for time of Front Squat and Burpees. Then Technique work on Power Cleans - Matched my pb. WOD 3 rounds of 10 x Power Cleans, 10 x Pull Ups, 10 x Overhead Lunges on each leg. All completed in 10 mins dead.

Quick catch up for yesterday. 80 min crossfit session. Tech work Front Squat - matching pb. WOD 12 min AMRAP - 50 x deadlift buy in then for remainder of the time 3 x front squat, 3 x box jumps, 3 x push ups. Then 6,6,6 - 9,9,9 - 12,12,12 etc. Managed Buy in, completed the 9's and was 33 reps into the 12's. :-)

80 min crossfit session. Technique work on front squat. Really struggled to mobilise up today so dropped the weight to improve form as well as doing lots of stretching with resistance bands. WOD- 8 min AMRAP 4xFront Squat, 8xKettlebell Snatch left hand, 8xKettlebell Snatch right hand, 8 Burpees. Managed 3 complete rounds and 20 reps into my 4th. Not brilliant, but not too bad :-)
