Marc Z I keep putting off the running challenges. Even after taking a couple, I just put off for some reason. If I'm not in the right frame of mind....whatever that is....I won't do it. I am going to try to overcome this tomorrow...will try to run earlier in the day so there's no distraction/excuses!

Everyone has things that they put off because in your mind, you have something inside keeping you from doing it, whether it be that you are tired, not interested, uncertain, etc.... Like most things though, once you do it, you say to yourself......
