Mel M Finally, I'm now an official dragon boat paddler after undergoing a number of try-out sessions. The time (waking up at 2AM just to be on time for the training scheduled at 4:30AM) and energy (warm-up and cool down exercises + 3K run/sprint after paddling) invested during the training sessions are all worth it, because every members of the team, be it a newbie, seasoned and seasonal paddlers makes each of my morning worthwhile. Thank you very much ORD!
