It's normal. JUst keep stretching and push through it. JUst don't over do it. =)

3 days is far too long for a run. How far have you gone?
You can try looking up on youtube some recovery cardio videos, for low impact cardio at home, also some cooldown and warmup routines. I generally use Fitness Blender videos,but there are so many.Yoga is awesome too....

I agree with the above comments mix it up and try new things. Also do not forget the warm up and cool down because that is key to keeping your muscles loose and to stave off soreness.
Don't forget to stretch after as well!
Please don't do too much too soon... There is no single magic bullet to getting fit and healthy.......... It takes time. Take a day or two off from running and go for a cycle ride or a swim ... Mix it up. If you inj...
