Pre-workout snack

Question • 13 answers

What's a good pre-workout snack? I work out first thing in the morning and I have a protein bar first to hold me until breakfast. My favorites are Zone Perfect bars (I LOVE chocolate).

Newest answer

I've been getting my nuts from Holland & Barrett, though they are packaged.  The energy bars from there also.  I really need to read the labels, rather than assuming that if the food is from a health food shop it is ok.
