Homemade granola is extremely easy and you can cater it to your taste, while also packing in lots of protein!

Hello Alina, just got back from our overnight hiking. We all had fun, and enjoyed the food that you suggested. I had nuts, energy bars, fresh fruits, oatmeal and hardboiled egg! :D

Hey beef biltong/jerky is fantastic protein source. You could make your own protein bars at home and carry them with you..i have a website address that might help...

Nuts, seeds, dried fruit,peanut butter and fruite sandwich(not jelly,fresh fruit's), energy bars, turkey sandwich, egg salad sandwich, healthy smoothies....

Hi! I'm Mel, from the Philippines. I love nature, that's why I enjoy hiking. I have a group from work, and we hike/ camp at least once a month to different mountains here in my country. This is our way of releasing our stresses from work.
