Ice Cream

Frozen banana's in my Vitamix, simple and yummy.

Lavendaer IceCream.

Ingredients

• Bunch of Lavendar
• Double cream - 1/2 pint or so
• some mike
• some sugar
• Egg yokes - about 4
• Warm the milk and infuss the Lavendar flowers for a while ...... Then Make a custard with the  the mike and eggs.
• Allo...

I am now on a BB diet, and am allowed a cheat meal once every 2 weeks. I don't fancy ice cream at the moment (it's too cold for a freezing snack) but will most certainly be havinng some in a month or two. Woop woop!

I have heard about this variety, have any of you tried it? What is in it? Cherry, I guess...What else?

I love ice cream, but as I have Candida I can't have any :0(

Haven't had any icecream for well over a week, but I love Green and Black's Vanilla icecream, amongst many others!

and a twister to add to that, oh god...why... my diet.. oh well.
