I'm hoping to do the Bunnythorpe to Palmy 13K this Sunday and the Manawatu 1/2M August 11th.  Already planning the Welliington Round the Bays 1/2M and the Waitarere Great Forest 1/2M early next year, such great events this year :)

Parrs Park, Glen Eden Auckland. There is quite an extensive (and growing) network of walking/running/biking trails.

Wheres your favourite place to run in your home town?

I went for a run today which included a lot of the tracks in Pukekura Park. (New Plymouth)

Set yourself lots of small goals that you want to acheive with your running to encourage you to keep going. And I definitely agree with Sarah about not overdoing it, rest days are so important and its just not worth...
