London Badminton Players

One of the great things about living in the capital is the number of sports facilities on your doorstep. With so many leisure centres and 'hall' areas, a Londoner never has to travel too far to find a place to play badminton. There is, however, a lot of competition to book courts, so you're often better to find a club or meetup group that block books a regular slot. This tribe is for people who want to find clubs (both competitive and social), places to play, and other people to play with.

When I lived in Balham, I used to play down in Tooting Leisure Centre. There was a weekly club night, I think on a Monday. @will might still play there.

Definitely up for a game sometime. I'm injured at the moment, but will be able to play again in about six weeks, so I'd be keen to play sometime after that.
