any gymnastics gym with an open night is a good place to start, learn it into a foam pit first, as if you dont commit you will end up landing on your back, neck or head from height....   not ideal

There are indoor academy sessions where you can make the most of crash mats rather than pavements! Have a look if there's one near you 

I'd also recommend going to a gymnastics gym to learn any flips in a safer environment than outside. Before learning a gainer you should get back tucks dialled first.
