Have a wide stance, with your throwing hand higher than your shoulder. Bring the throwing arm through in a slightly downward motion. Practice arm conditioning with resistance bands and start plyometric push ups.

pre-season (in the UK) = plenty of sit-ups to aid strength of back, + short to mid distance running for stamina, plus short bursts of short sprints-mid speed/3/4 pace runs over 25-30 yards (can you tell I'm predominately a bowler?!!)
