Hips and knees in line parallel to the ground...challenge accepted, hahaha, not quite there yet with the jump squat. I'll get there eventually.

Your flexability, form and fitness will determine that. Generally (with good form) your thighs should be about parallel with the ground. Since it's a bodyweight movement the risk of strain is less than when you are d...
Jeremy O answered the question How deep should the squat be when doing plyometric exercises?
Hips should be at least in line with your knees. Good for you if you can go further, but thats seems to feel right for me.
Jarod C answered the question How deep should the squat be when doing plyometric exercises?
Sheila, I never go past my thighs parallel to the ground...make sure when you squat, your knees do go past your feet. Bend at the waist and keep your back straight.
I can do deep squats with good form if I do them slowly. Any suggestions?

I used to do plyos at myold gym and loved it; but I've moved out of London and can't find somewhere else to do it. Does anyone know if you can download plyo routines to do at home from anywhere? Alternatively, anyone doing this in Brighton?
