Hips should be at least in line with your knees. Good for you if you can go further, but thats seems to feel right for me.

Sheila, I never go past my thighs parallel to the ground...make sure when you squat, your knees do go past your feet. Bend at the waist and keep your back straight.

I used to do plyos at myold gym and loved it; but I've moved out of London and can't find somewhere else to do it. Does anyone know if you can download plyo routines to do at home from anywhere? Alternatively, anyone doing this in Brighton?
