Im a fullback and occasionally a winger. Absolutely love the feeling of catching the ball, seeing the opposition running at you and breaking the line or getting a running start on a massive tackle on one of the forwards.

I might be late on this, but usually a good protein works form. Like 100% Whey by Optimum Nutrition. I usually mix it with milk after a game. I sometimes make my own protein drink with skimmed milk and 4 eggs as a b...
Scott G created the guide Full Back Positioning
As the name suggests the full back is the last line of defence. His positioning should reflect that main role but also aid any role he can have in attack also. In modern rugby union this aspect of the position has become more and more important.

Scott G created the guide The Most Effective Tackling Technique from Different Sides

But despite these different sides or angles of tackle there are fundamentals that apply to all tackling.
1) The first is that the tackl...

Scott G created the guide Kicking Conversions from Tight Angles
Place kicks for penalties or conversions from close to the touchline are more difficult than conversions from straighter on to the posts, but with this added difficulty comes less pressure, as there will be less expectation that you will convert.

Neil B created the topic The best back line at the 2011 world cup

I don't play rugby, but swear by For Goodness Shakes Chocmalt after a 2 hour run or any other really strenuous exercise. After it, I don't seem to ache the next day.
I use CNP pro-recover - anything else good - be great to help the bruises recover as well!
