Loretta A I am now up to 3 Doube Unders in a row. Would love to get 10 in a row, so a lot more practise is needed.
Skipping is a lot of fun and great for general fitness.

THE CHALLENGE is 50 Double Unders in a row ( without stopping )
Please make sure you work up to it and don't overdo a session on the rope if you are not used to it, Otherwise those shins and knees will end up killing you...

Sherry S I think I will give this a go. It will take me some time as I have not jumped rope in ages. But do so every so often with my kids who are 7 and 8. They jump rope at Taekwondo. My son does double jumps, his record is 31x. My daughter just did her first double last week. we are so proud. I think if I get involved this will add more fun to it for them. So I will work on the 50 double under challenge.

I watched my mum showing me how to skip in our back garden. She had been watching me and my pal skipping up and down and came out to show us how to skip backwards and then...double unders! We were the pride of the playground once we hadmastered...
