Jessica B Looking for amazing smoothies with these restrictions (due to allergies & sensitivities):
- Nut free, including almond milk & coconut milk
- No oranges, kiwi, pineapple
- No mint/cayenne
- Minimal honey/agave (less is better for me as I really don't like the flavor of them)
- Source of protein, if possible
I know that's a lot of things, but I thought I'd ask.
