I did one morning grinding flax seed and did I ever get heck!!!!!! I always make sure I grind my flax seed before going to bed anymore :)

You can buy Coconut milk in a carton in the dairy section or in a can. It looks and tastes quite like regular milk. The coconut water looks more like water ;) Great for rehyration. I like it really cold. Kind of an acquired taste.
Really appreciate the suggestion re the coconut oil. Haven't found a way to add to smoothies without the curdling so this is great!! I use coconut water in my protein drink too. Will try the banana, flaxseed & probably almond butter!
