● 1 cup Coconut Milk
● 1 Kiwi
● 1/2 cup Frozen Cranberries
● 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

Sarah C Another one I randomly put together today which turned out great! I'm not sure if it's a smoothie or just thick juice but it tastes great and there is no added sugar!

Sarah C I randomly put this together today and thought I'd share because it is now my absolute favorite smoothie and is extremely simple!
4 individual cups of your yogurt preference (I used fruit yogurt but I know a healthier substitution would be plain or greek)
Makes a half-blender-cup full
William R My pre/post workout shake is:
1 cup nonfat milk,
handful of spinach,
Scoop of protein powder,
Scoop of ground flax seed,
2 scoops of frozen blue berries,
1 ½ cups of crushed ice.
Blend sill smooth.
I consume ½ a ½ hour before my workout, and the other half after my workout.
