Contributorgold Vieruszka K Pineapple banana smoothie (my favourite weekend breakfast :))
150g fresh pineapple
1 small banana
80g yogurt
1 spoon honey (if you have a really sweet pineapple you don't need this)

Mix everything and enjoy. :)

Fit Wasted . Smoothie Recipes  Tribe

Contributorsilver Fit Wasted . BANANA ALMOND SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
-1 large banana (frozen)
-1 tablespoon of almond butter (see below)
-1 5.3 oz of vanilla greek yogurt
-1 tablespoon of flax seeds (ground)
-1 teaspoon of agave sweetener
-1 tiny drop of vanilla extract (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
-Cut banana into 1/2 inch pieces
-Combine all ingredients into blender
-Blend until smooth and pour into glass
-Top with a dash of flax seeds and chia seeds
-Enjoy!

Contributorgold Shelia B Kale Orange Banana Smoothie
1 orange peeled
1/2 cup water
1 leaf kale torn into pieces
2 ripe bananas peeled
Blend orange in a blender until mostly juicy, add the water and kale blend again on high until kale is liquefied, break the banana into chucks and add to the blender. Blend on low speed until the banana is incorporated. Increase speed to blend mixture into a pudding like mixture.

5-6 frozen strawberries
1 cup ice
1 cup light almond milk
1/2 scoop of vanilla slim fast or protein mix
I think it taste like a strawberry milk shake. I don;t order milk shakes anymore I make smoothies for my shakes so better for you.

my go to smoothie base is: 2 oz apple juice. 1/3rd banana. teaspoon flax seed oil. 1 scoop protein powder. topped up with water. before I top it up with water i usually add one of the following. 1/2 peach. 1/2 cup mixed berries. 1/2 cup of a single berry usually blueberry some time raspberries or strawberries. 1/2 cup pine apple. 1/2 cup kiwi. 1/2 passion fruit. Another recipe I sometimes use is 1 cup almond milk. 1 table spoon peanut butter. 1/2 banana. 1 teaspoon cocoa powder. 1 scoop protein powder. I usually mix up my shakes the night before in the Magic Bullet cups so I can just grab and blend in the morning after my work out.

  • 1.5 cups spinach
  • 1.5 cups kale
  • ½ a zucchini
  • ⅓ cucumber
  • ½ bunch parsley

Contributorbronze Jason M I start every morning with 1-2 handfuls of spinach, 1 banana, 3-4 chunks of frozen fruit and 8-10oz of water. Added to my ninja 1100 watt blender using single serve glass. Pulse for 30 seconds. Thick smoothie which only tastes like banana.
