Thats why you pay for lesson and not teach your kids yourself....but sorta glad he learned the hard way and caught it on camera

Just back from the doc and another 2 weeks of sitting with my leg in the air is on the cards. At least the physio should be starting soon so at least some physical activity.

Yep, it does the rounds but always causes a smile (not least because I spend a good chunk of my time yelling at my kids to slow down, though in their case it is so I can keep up rather than that they are out of control)

I crippled myself a day after you on that same trip going off that iced over kicker, took about 5 months to full regain mobility in my hips and groin after tearing a bunch of muscles.
