Stuart V Hi there, I'm new to this tribe. It seems what you put in your mouth affects everything! Your health, your mood, your energy level and weight. I need help as I kind of know the above but have absolutely no idea how to eat the right stuff. I'm 38 and have just started to jog 3 times a week. I carry about 2 stone too much. Can anyone give me some advice please?
