Anyone else tried the bearhug sandbag squat?

Newest answer

Smallish children are good for extra weight whilst squatting, either hugged or sitting on you as a piggy-back. I recommend you use your own, or at least get the express permission of the owner first.

Newest answer

Hey. Going lower than 90 degrees is a good thing. Try for ATF (as to floor) with what ever weight you can add. Doing this you will be targeting your whole leg (except calf). Split squats are amazing for glutes ans are jump lunges or weighted walking lunges...

Deep Squats

Question • 3 answers

I struggle to mobilise up enough to get into a good deep squat when lifting.  Does anyone have any good exercises to get from 90* squat to a deep low squat?

Newest answer

Flexibility plays a large part in the mobility for deep squats. I find that opening up the stance, feet a little wider apart, a bit helps.
