Fiegel C Strength Training For Triathletes Tribe

Fiegel C Training for my first tri of the season in june. Any tips of your favorite training regiments? as of now I swim/bike bike/run swim/run 3-4 days a week. at about 1/2-3/4 the distance of the race. The other days I hit the gym or go for a longer than distance run swim bike.
