Ashley R I had a free session at my gym with a personal trainer, so I said why not take it, right? Wrong. I was in excrutiating pain for over a week. He never told me to stretch, and since I was a newbie, I didn't realize how important that is right before a workout. I couldn't stand up, sit down, walk or anything really for like 8 days. Luckily I take a stress management course on my campus, because that week was yoga week. I pressed on through the pain, and all the stretching from the yoga actually cured my problem. By that afternoon I was fine haha. Now I stretch every morning. Just a few basics. Best thing I ever did!
