Contributorgold Shelia B I didn't fell like getting up today and doing anything. But I pushed myself out of bed and did all my stretches and went on my walk. Those injections were me out for days. Even with a really bad headache I pushed on. Now to ice down my lower back and my neck. I have three bulging disk in my neck that is causing me some problems. But I'm not going to let any pain from stopping me from hitting goal. I'm a Warrior I will push on.

Contributorgold Shelia B I have a herniated disk and messed up SI joint. I use to work in the ER before I got hurt on the job. So now I'm just trying to recover from this and move on with my life. It has been a battle but I'm going to win this battle. I'm in pain everyday but I'm learning to suck it up and go on with my life. Stretching has helped my to strengthen my lower back and legs and I am walking alot more and alot farther. I know with God and Aaron beside me I can do it.
