When you do elevated push ups you lower body weight remain above your rest of the body while in standard you need to balance the equilibrium of the body which needs more strength.
I wonder why I get fatigued much faster when I do standard push ups... Maybe its because I'm 6'2 and my core isnt strong enough yet?

Joining this tribe because I'm only finding out lately how MANY different kinds there were - I knew of maybe 4 or 5. Truly mind-boggling. I want to learn them all - they're so darned good for you! Cheers for the great tribe idea!

50 for sure....100....haven't attempted that yet (at least not lately...used to be easy enough back in the day...but that was then) It's on my list of things to do.
