Thanks guys :)
Recently I have developed a liking in pushups. There is such a wide variety of pushup forms and you can exercise so many different muscle groups! The aim of this tribe will be not only to share the forms you love but also to see how we can challenge each other and how great we can become, mastering every single form there is, doing it perfectly and becoming unstoppable! Let work together to build absolute technique and perfection and becoming once again the Ultimate masters of pushups!

When you do elevated push ups you lower body weight remain above your rest of the body while in standard you need to balance the equilibrium of the body which needs more strength.
I wonder why I get fatigued much faster when I do standard push ups... Maybe its because I'm 6'2 and my core isnt strong enough yet?

A good way to work up to handstand push up is to use stairs to get your legs higher. Also pike pushups put more on to your shoulders.
