Taking the focus away from what we all weigh to what we can all do. Having run in races and seen competitors of all shapes and sizes able to complete races in fantastic times is too much emphasis put on what we weigh rather than what we can achieve? With an exercise regime in place whilst weight may be of importance, more importantly is the change of shape of your body as you become toned and you begin to feel better. Throw the scales away and stop worrying about the pounds and remember a fit person is not necessarily a light person. Share your achievements and your training.
