You've been doing Romanian dead lifts. Where stiff leg deadliest vary is you keep your legs straight and round your back which targets the lower back muscles more.
I've been doing barbell deadlift with straight back and slight bent knees which targets my hams and glutes. I'm not sure if it's the romanian or the stiff leg ones. Can anyone help me?
