it might look daunting at first but give it a go, there are a few about that give you baby steps through. definmetly have to give it a go! im sure you will do great. hope dont qaulify as a midddle aged flump!! i dont own a onesie though.......... ;-)
haha don't think anyone on here could be called a flump we're all setting goals and trying to achieve what we can - that's all anyone can do no matter what the challenge or the goal! (but thank goodness you don't own a onesie haha :) right back to the grind lol I must get off the site or I wont have the funds to pay for challenges haha :) catch you later! take care!
Try a yoga foam roller and look up exercises using the roller for your IT band.

Anytime... I did get some samples the last time that I seem to tolerate better than others. It is called "C4 EXTREME" and again free samples, the guy gave me half a dozen packet's and each packet is good for two sessions.

Popeye's prices are the best. They're knowledge is hit and miss but it depends who is working at the time you go in. You are best off doing some research of your own before hand.
Pre-work out stuff in my opinion is crap and generally a waste...

I do use BCAAs before and after a workout. It has certainly helped with my recovery. I was just advised to drink plenty of water for best results. When working out don't we do that anyway, x

Personally I always have a good session as long as I am well rested so I can't really comment on physical differences I experience but it is supposed to improve recovery / performance con...

Wall jumps, wall sits, lunges, jump rope, lots of crunch moves, yoga push ups, chair dips. calf raises.

I have a very specific regime, 5 days weights, 3 days core, 7 days cv, though Sunday is optional.

Squats, crunches, leg raises, planks, reverse flyes, lateral/front raise, tricep kickback and overhead extension, glut kickbacks...I do lots of circuits, let me know if you want more :0)
