Can I wear as many items as I want (tshirt, jumper, jacket and maybe additional layers of tshirts all suitable for running) or should there be a limit to how much I wear so that my skin can breathe etc?
Too many layers can also make for uncomfortable running. I would say invest in a base layer and a good jacket, and then I sometimes put another long/sleeve or short/sleeve t-shirt on in between if its really cold. Also helps to protect the extremities to ke...
