Yoga instructors or aspiring instructors - UK based

This might be a bit late as I see this was posted some months ago.  I'm doing my teacher training in Edinburgh and Perth with CYS (Classical Yoga School) who also teach in London.   I've only just begun but it is awe...

Just started teacher training, had a great first weekend despite the flu, 11 months to go!   It's the journey though....

But I hurt myself (how smart) when I got over cofidence in a forward bend, and now I have a continous pain when I enter this kind of asanas... :P So I thought maybe this would help...
