There are some great yoga vidoes on youtube. I could spend hours on there thumbing through the different videos. 

This tribe reminds me of a challenge I created: Find-it Do-it Post-it Yoga Challenge. Perhaps we can promote this tribe by creating challengs based on a fitness regimen in a youtube video?!? :)

I use youtube mainly for inspiration but also for some stretching videos. I want to use it more to document my adventures, but am figuring out still how to change file sizes so that uploads don't take forever.
