New Bio time i guess... i finished my 2012 challenge, so i am looking forward to my next challenge for 2013.. the fitness model challenge! its a bit of fun my girlfriend and i came up with when we were at a fitness expo-- 'lets try for that!' hey why not, less running, more gymming, outta be fun trying!

Yep my first marathon, everyone says it is one of the best in NZ! Plus it is hilly and windy, so I will not feel huge pressure to run a fast time lol

That was a proper summers day up in Hawke’s bay a few weeks ago, it was really nice and warm, actually went for a swim in the sea after that run!!

awesome! i went for an ocean swim a few weeks back up North near Matakana... more of a splash in a deep hole in the warm sand so the water was warm haha!
