I used to do a lot more - scuba diving, canoeing, hill walking, swimming, even though I've always been over weight. But enough is enough - I will lose weight and get healthier!
So this is where I'm at; I decided to do at least one thing week to improve myself, each week there is a new addition: The list so far:
Caffeine, Soft drinks, Chocolate, Crisps, Sweets, biscuits.
Squats; Calf Raises, KB Swings, KB One arm Press, KB triceps Extensions, KB one arm row.
Going to keep it at this for a couple of weeks... will be getting up a bit earlier to fit it in... life seems to have got busy again...
