Andy H Sorry Jog On! But going to have to drop out of this challenge. Lost so much weight in last few weeks that I need to concentrate on putting weight and muscle back on so running is off the agenda for at least a month or two. SORRY :(
2014....41 Years Old, gave up smoking 5 years ago after being a 20/40 a day smoker for 18 years...started running in 2011 to keep fit and to raise money for Macmillan following the death of my Dad from Lung Cancer & COPD. Still wouldn't class myself as a "runner" but its my main fitness enjoyment...my best times so far are:

Hoping to continue to improve my times and to cut down on the beer (my remaining vice!) and to increase my weights & free weight sessions.

Andy H Sorry Jog On! In the middle of house move so haven't run for about 5 days and likely to be another week with getting house straight/decorated etc.....will be on it again soon!
Andy H Turned quite cold here the last few days and promised myself this year I would not be a fair weather runner...however not been out in last few days as dealing with house move...hopefully Friday for a run....although not looking forward to it lol.......do they do a thermal helmet :)
Andy H quick 4.5K to round my month at 115K....more than double what I did in July when I started running again :)
