I've come into the fitness game a bit late in life, and I've only been running for a couple of months but so far it’s been a lot of fun and has become a big part of my life! I love training outdoors and enjoy being genuinely fit. Also, I'm attempting to show my kids that I'm not a strung out old goose! Any helps and tips would be greatly appreciated!
