Hello sporty folks, I live for variety, the outdoors and a challenge. So my sports vary from badminton, yoga to a hard gym session and heart bursting run or cycle. I have my biggest challenge yet next year in September 2015 ... I'll be training hard to return from recent knee surgery. Part of the journey is to learn how to swim...I'll be using triathlon to progress me through that bit. Let's see how it goes and have loads of fun on the way :)

If you are looking for power the key will be to overgear on the hills with a low cadence (50-70), much the same as hill reps when you run (longer stride to promote power).
