I mainly do martial arts (jkd) but try to improve on the fitness. I used to do a bit of running (well, jogging) and got up to 6 miles...about 20 years ago and am trying to get my fitness level up.

Ann F Thanks for the follow Bridget, have you managed to enter any events yet? I did a 5k in summer, it was more a case of dodge round the people! The atmosphere was great!
Ibeen trying to improve on press ups and can now do 20 (!) without feeling like a blood vessel is going to blow in my head, but getting a bit bored with it..thought I'd meat it up by trying one arm press ups! ~Can anyone help with any tips pleas...
