Running saved my life, it helped me drop from 400 lbs and join the military and have'nt looked back since. I love running, hiking, swimming, pretty much any exercise or outdoor sports. I also enjoy cooking.

Jonathan F I feel like all the lunges, squats and speed work is really paying off on helping me to open up my running stride. I still cant believe that 3 yrs ago I could'nt run a half mile and now I,m past that and perfecting and fine tuning :)

Jonathan F Well tonight its a Legs workout with some Interval training afterwords. Too bad theres a sandstorm outside, Id love to do sprints outdoors versus a treadmill
