After dealing with months of assorted challenges (I had an onset of gout that had my foot swell so large I couldn't put on a shoe), then taking a new job and moving and working 12-18 hour days, 7 days a week for quite a while, I am finally getting back on track and feeling much better. I just completed my first 10K run in months. Being in Colorado instead of Kansas ought to lend to much more fun for running routes also.
