i recently started step dancing,i do that 3 times a week. i jog 2 times a day,normally 10 km all together :) i normaly have one rest day but its always a different day (depends on my studies).I've always been active until my leg injury 3 years ago. it took me a lot of time to get it ok (years of physical therapy) but i am back on the track now and it feels great :) i dont go to gym,ive never did and i think i can be fit without it. After all,i prefer fresh air :))
