I try to run as often as I can, want to work my way up to a sub-1hr 10km. I do weights, muay thai, kettlebells too, as often as I can squeeze in the time. Anything that gets me working up a decent sweat!

Me! I love squats! Possibly the best full-body movment ever! I do front squats, back squats, split squats, jump squats and they give me the best workout. :)

VFFs do take a while to get used to... 3 months later, my calves are still getting used to them. But then that could be caused by the fact that I run primarily on pavements and roads.
