Andre F I'm an ITF Taekwondo, Arnis & Muay Thai Instructor. I would suggest that you do single leg freestyle kicking combination... round 1leading leg kicking combination, 1 min break, round 2 rear leg kicking combination, 1 min break, round 3 two kick combinations with the rule that the kicking leg should first execute 2 continuous kicking combination before you kick with the other leg.... it can be done with or without a bag...
